Together Caroline and Rosie share a deep love for nature, art, creative mindfulness, making food together and breaking bread around the dinner table. They came together in a shared belief that young and old and women of all ages can learn and complement each other with love and respect for each others life experiences, wisdom and life stages.

About Caroline

Caroline Marson is the co-founder of Wild Ivy Retreats and is the owner of the Wild Ivy space. She facilitates some of the retreat events with Rosie that take place in her garden and she also takes guests on guided foraging walks and tastings.  She creates the plant based menus for all the events and offers inspired recipes and teas using medicinal herbs found in nature. She also offers sustainable creative ideas in the garden, promotes the no dig style of gardening and shares her experience  in growing your own food. She creates the foraged gifts to sell in the  Cottage Kitchen Shop.  Trained at the Cordon Bleu, Caroline is the former Cookery Editor at Good Housekeeping Magazine. She has been an experienced food stylist working in the UK and Australia for the last 20 years. She ran the The Wellness Project events in Sydney and is a vegan chef as well as being a keen artist, passionate forager, re-wild gardener and environmentalist. She is currently creating and learning about creating her own Forest Garden in the Wild Ivy gardens.

About Rosie

Co-founder of Wild Ivy Retreats, Rosie is a professional artist specialising in sculpture. She has built creative art & wellbeing spaces at music festivals across the UK, running a Henna tattoo festival shop for almost 10 year, trading at Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, Reading and many more! She is a trained with Kula Collective (50 hrs with Yoga Alliance) in Guatemala as a sacred space holder and hosts beautiful, serene and calm spaces to support, calm and empower. She writes and facilitates blissful guided meditations and ceremonies, all grounded in ancient practices. Rosie also leads eco creative making and building sessions and designs art work and writes our seasonal 'Nature Wisdom Cards'.
