So excited to share that we are actually featured in the just released ‘Chiltern Recipe Book’ along with our Raw Courgette, Cashew, Walnut Layered Lasagne!!
Thank you so much to Rebecca at @chilterns_recipe_book for so kindly including us amongst such great local talent. Our foraging feasts and retreat lunches pay a special importance of breaking bread in delicious style enjoyed around nature decorated tables, basically the wilder we can get the better for our senses and souls!
Our menus are close to the seasons using as much foraged foods as we can find. Nettles seem to be top of the list at the moment... for their ease, availability.. (they are everywhere) and their nutritional benefits. Win, win, win!
We were both bought up as children in the Chilterns, so it is really special that it is being heralded as a place of delicious richness and beauty. Such a Mecca for nature and home crafted food lovers and producers. All the other secret recipes, kindly shared and wonderful stories behind over 50 local thriving foodie businesses…. is a Wow!!
