Foraging for Mental Health

Our nature bathing retreat days have been created for people who are wanting to honour and notice the seasons and connect and release creative energy. Caroline & Rosie are inspired by the concept of a women’s circles where people come to disconnect from their busy external world, from social networks, and completely immerse themselves amongst a healing, un-judgemental environment.


Together Rosie & Caroline work in gentle synergy to provide mindfulness activities such as foraging and learning about nurture that nourishes us from the inside out.
