This weekend. Take it slow and give your soul a chance to catch up with your body.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, come and learn how to weave from materials all found in nature, delicious organic local food (with some foraged surprises!) and deep rest meditation.
This Sunday 10.30 - 4pm. Warm, cosy, light filled room and the healing calm of nature for head space. Near Tring. Places limited.
